GEMS Lecture: Sea Remedies by Dr Julie Geraghty, Geoff Johnson

Exploring an approach to the animal kingdom relating evolutionary development to psychological development.

In the first of this GEMS series, we will focus on sea remedies, invertebrates from the early evolutionary stage, water: sponges, jellyfish, echinoderms, molluscs, crustaceans, sharks, frogs, toads, salamander, crocodiles, and turtles. Dr Julie Geraghty will bring cases of salmon and Mytilus edulis. Geoff Johnson will bring cases of bivalves (clam), crab, slug and angler fish to discuss themes according to the evolutionary development approach taught by Annette Sneevliet and Mahesh Ghandi.

These seminars and masterclasses take place at Penny Brohn Centre, Pill, Bristol, BS20 0HH. The cost of each GEMS seminar or 1-day Bristol Masterclass is £80. GEMS Advanced Study seminars are open to qualified.
