Helen Cooke has a nursing background and during the last 25 years has specialised in the field of Integrative Medicine and Nutrition.
Her qualifications include a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the Thames Valley University and an MA in Complementary Health Studies from Exeter University.
More recently, Helen has worked at Penny Brohn Cancer Care as Director of Therapy and Head of Information and Research. As well as working as a freelance Nutritional Therapist, Helen is Nutrition Lead for the Portland Centre for Integrative Medicine. She also teaches Nutritional Therapy to a wide range of health care professionals and has an Expert Quality Assurance role with one of Crossfields Institute’s Nutrition Diplomas.
