Helen Cooke

Non Executive Director and Nutrition Lead

Helen has a nursing background and during the last 25 years has specialised in the field of integrative healthcare.

Qualifications include a BSc in Nutritional Medicine (Thames Valley University)/MA in Complementary Health Studies (Exeter University).

She worked at Penny Brohn Cancer Care as Director of Therapy and Head of Information and Research. As well as working as a freelance nutritional therapist, Helen is also Nutrition Lead for the Portland Centre for Integrative Medicine. She also teaches nutritional therapy to a wide range of health care professionals and has an Expert Quality Assurance role with one of Crossfields Institute’s nutrition diplomas.
