Bev Campbell is a freelance food educator. She is best known as a founding member of Food Inside Out, a partnership between a Food Educator and a Dietitian.
She has a BA and PGCE in Home Economics and Biology from Roehampton Institute of Higher Education.
Bev has worked as a teacher in secondary schools in London and Bristol and was Healthy Schools coordinator at Ashton Park Secondary school, bringing a healthy eating programme school wide.
For the last 5 years and currently, she works in prisons and alongside food banks to deliver the healthy, mindful, wellbeing, message through practical cookery. The aim is to improve people’s mental and physical health through food.
